We strive to be available to our patients by offering evening hours and weekend hours for illness visits. The on-call physician may be able to see your sick child on those days your primary care pediatrician is unavailable. The on-call physician is available during evening clinic and weekend clinic by appointment only. If you feel your child needs to be seen during evening clinic, please call after 4 pm or early in the evening so that we can schedule your appointment.

The evening clinic runs until 7:00 pm, though we occasionally remain open longer if the need arises.  The Saturday clinic runs from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the Sunday clinic runs from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Again, we may remain open longer if the need arises. Rarely, we must shorten these hours due to bad weather, power outages or staffing problems. There is an additional charge for the evening and weekend/holiday clinic.

If you have an urgent medical question or concern after the office closes, you can call our main number at 425-778-0191 or our nurse triage line at 866-647-5321.  If you need to speak with the on-call physician, he or she will be paged. Please call back if you are not contacted within 15 minutes. For any life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.

If you have a routine question that is not of an urgent nature, please call during regular business hours. We cannot perform medication refills or change or make appointments when the office is closed.
