The healthcare providers and staff at Children's Clinic work as a team. Therefore, the individuals pictured below are important to your care. You will certainly interact with several of them during visits or phone calls.
The
front desk staff will help you check in on arrival to our clinic and may make any updates to your address or insurance information. They are also the first individuals you speak with when you call to schedule or cancel appointments, or leave messages for the physician or medical assistants.
The
medical assistants will guide you back to the exam rooms, document your concerns for the pediatrician, measure and weigh your child, take his/her temperature or blood pressure if necessary. They also give immunizations and help answer your medical questions.
The
business office staff will help you with any insurance or billing concerns and will help facilitate referrals.
Lisa Govaert, our
office manager helps to ensure that the office runs smoothly. She also is receptive to your concerns and suggestions to help make your child's visit a positive one.
